WHAT IS MIDDLE SCHOOL WINTERBLAST!?
Simply put, the Middle School WinterBlast is designed to help us enjoy time:
1) in God's grace, truth, and presence.
2) together as the HSM family.
3) being refreshed.
Our middle school group will spend more purposeful time studying and being transformed by God's presence, worshiping and proclaiming the truth of His word, and building healthy relationships than most people do in a couple months.

HOW TO GET SIGNED UP
FIRST: Complete the HSM registration link.
Registration opens Sunday, November 1 at 8:57pm
NEXT: Complete the Camp Orchard Hill registration link.

Log In if you already have an account, or Create A New Account. Please include a parent/guardian or adult as the primary member of the account.

Select a participant who will attend Winterblast and complete the registration form on the screen. If you don't see the correct name, look for the blue hyperlink that says Add A Member.

Complete the info, click to sign and save your form!

Return to the initial link to complete the form for additional participants.

When filling out the COH form, you will be given the choice to purchase a COH t-shirt for an additional $25. If you choose to purchase the t-shirt, the $25 will be due along with your final payment.
THEN: Turn in your deposit ($95 due upon registration, but no later than Nov 17). Total cost & payment info can be found at the "Details" link above.
FINALLY: Complete and hand in additional paperwork
List of additional paperwork needed:

HSM Minor Release Form (print & fill out form, place in black HSM box in the HUB)

Copy of your Insurance Card (front and back, place in black HSM box in the Hub)
