Chosen 300.jpg

Chosen 300 is an international meal ministry based out of Philadelphia, PA, with a location in the Pottstown area. The local ministry serves meals every Tuesday and Saturday out of Emmanuel Lutheran Church in Pottstown.

HCC partners with this organization to provide the meal and volunteers on the 4th Saturday of every other month. With other churches also committing to do this, Chosen 300 provides 60-100 meals 2 times a week for many low-income families and individuals in our community. Most wonderfully, this ministry pairs meeting the physical need of food security with the spiritual need for fellowship, love, and grace.

Volunteers Needs

  • Volunteers to package/serve meals (4-6pm)

  • 1 volunteer to provide a 5-7 minute message of hope, and it is greatly appreciated if any volunteers are willing to share 1-2 songs for a time of worship.

  • Contact Marcie Evangelist for more info or to volunteer.
