OUR TEAM

Lead Pastor - Ryan Kiefer
I have been serving as the Lead Pastor at Hope since 2010. I am passionate about serving and teaching the body of Christ, and do that in part through preaching weekly. Connecting relationally with the body is important to me as part of the ongoing ministry of Hope. Twice a year I teach our Discovering Hope Class where I have the privilege to meet those interested in becoming a part of the community of Hope. Some additional components to my role as senior pastor include working as a team with our elder board in business, prayer and spiritual growth, planning & leading our Leadership Team Meetings, mentoring men to rise in leadership, overseeing our staff, and being available to the body of Hope.
Assistant Pastor - Kyle Fulks
I oversee Student Ministries and the Worship Arts Ministry. My wife and I are passionate about bringing the Gospel to life by growing discipleship-based relationships and providing opportunities for students to minister in both the church and the community- that their lifestyles may be marked by the love of Christ to the glory of God. Whether working with teens or adults, It is my goal to equip the saints for ministry.

Assistant Pastor - Dave Shalloway
Dave and his wife Carol have been married 36 years, and have three grown boys, Quin (married to Erica), Ethan and Elijah. Down time is not really our thing so we keep pretty busy with ministry at Hope, nursing at Lehigh Valley Hospital, investing time with our dear grandchild (Jujubee), officiating basketball games, landscaping and enjoying our dogs. Dave plays many forms of golf, which includes a hybrid game he invented called OneClubGolf, played on a course on their property.
We love our boys, coffee, the beach, good food, walks, books, laughter, studying the bible, javelins, music, sports, the outdoors, and movies – but not like we love Jesus.
Along with his duties as Pastor of Discipleship at HCC, Dave leads the Colson Fellows Cohort in our area, and the Issachar Imperative, a group who hosts nationally known biblical worldview teachers annually in our area.

Children's Ministry Director
