OUR YOUTH STAFF
Kyle Fulks - Kyle F. served as an intern during the summer of 2010 and 2011 and was recently hired at Hope as the Assistant Pastor. He is a recent graduate of Messiah College and also recently married Kristine Fulks. Kyle is an avid D.C. United fan and enjoys watching and playing sports (especially soccer) and playing the guitar. Kyle grew up on a Virginia pumpkin farm and has four brothers, one brother-in-law, and two sister-in-laws.
Kristine Fulks - Kristine F. was a student at HCC from 6th-12th grade, an intern, and is currently a leader. She loves teenagers and just happened to marry an assistant pastor :) A recent grad from Messiah College, Kristine has been to Harvey Cedars, Winter Blast, and various missions trips (W. VA, Brooklyn, DC). She loves to dance, be crafty and drink warm beverages and was a competitive baton twirler! And yes, she did twirl fire.
Jeremy Spacek - Jeremy has been serving for nine years now. A love for working with students and being able to show Christ's love keeps Jeremy coming back to Student Ministries. He have been on many trips with our youth including Peru, Mississippi, Harvey Cedars, & WinterBlast. Some of Jeremy's interests include sports, guitar, and reading.
Kristin Spacek - After seeing a need for youth leaders nine years ago, Kristin (and her husband Jeremy) became youth leaders. Her youth leaders had a huge impact on her life growing up and she believes having Christian adults in your life who aren't your parents is extremely important. She has been a part of every kind of event we have done. Kristin enjoys scrapbooking, shopping, and discipling her son Caden :) and also has a smiley face collection.
Rob Timbario - Rob has been serving since October 2007 and keeps coming back because he sees the importance of pouring into the lives of our students. He firmly believes that we all have something to learn from each other. Rob has attended WinterBlast with us as well as helping out with Service Extravaganza 2.0. Some of his favorite activities include playing and watching sports (real and fantasy) and listening to music. Little known facts about Rob include, but are not limited to, that he loves history, and he is a vampire.
Renee Henley - Renee, the sister of Kyle H, is an alumnus of HCC Student Ministries and graduated from Philadelphia Biblical University. She has been serving since Winter 2006 and she desires to be used by God to disciple students to better discern the truth of the Lord. She has been on pretty much every trip over the last five years (missions, Harvey Cedars, and special events). Reading, writing, being outside, and listening to Shane & Shane are some of her interests and you would never believe where she's been in parades - Disney World and Northern Ireland!
Kyle Henley - Kyle H, the husband of Christine H, is an alumnus of HCC Student Ministries, and has been serving on the staff since 2009. He enjoys time spent with youth and seeks to have a positive influence in their lives. From mission trips to Peru and Mississippi to the 30 hr. Famine, Kyle H. has been involved in numerous events. He likes sports, working out, and has drank an entire pitcher of Mountain Dew (but unfortunately couldn't keep it down =( )
Christine Henley - Christine H, the wife of Kyle H., is our most recent addition to the youth staff. She loves being with/mentoring/serving the youth and watching them grow spiritually. A few of the events she has participated in include Service Extravaganza 2.0 and the McFormal. Running, snowboarding, and hiking are some of Christine leisure activities of choice. She also has a HUGE obsession with Oregon.
Greg Godshall - Greg, an alumnus of HCC Student Ministries, is a current student at Temple University. He joined our staff following graduation of high school in the fall of 2009 because he loves the people who are in our group. Youth group was a huge part of growing up for Greg and hopes he can pass that blessing onto the current and future students. Throughout his years at HCC Greg has attended several local service trips with the group. He loves playing paintball, video games and sports. No one knows it, but Greg played trumpet for four years!
Johannah Govey - Johannah joined the staff two years ago and keeps coming back because we "have the most awesome students and leaders" and is encouraged by watching the students grow in their faith. Jo has been involved in many events with us including WinterBlast 2010, Mission Impossible: Black Ops, and the Senior Formal. Some interests include painting, scarves and refinishing furniture. Believe it or not can touch her nose with her tongue!
